The care industry has been underserved for many years. Because of the tight margins in the sector, companies don’t focus on new products and services to suit the needs of a care home.
Having worked with various energy companies and care homes for a considerable amount of time, we have found that suppliers and brokers that pushed their products but don’t try to understand customers’ needs. It takes considerable time and effort finding a reasonable price and service level. Suppliers and brokers are rarely transparent – especially when you come to the end of his contract.
This has to change and is why we started Entrust Energy – to provide value to the care home, medical and agriculture industries. Our prices are low and will remain that way, and we offer the most transparency in how much you get charged. Not only that, but with our group buying power, we are always looking for ways to make the lives of your staff and residents better while at the same time saving you money.
Our customer service is designed to take the worry away, so you can concentrate on the most important things – running your business. You can budget your energy as we offer fixed prices and will even notify you if we see unexpectedly high consumption. Customers can contact us directly via phone, which we always answer promptly.
